Reframing Thoughts for Jealousy & Insecurity



Do you experience feelings of jealousy, inadequacy, insecurity, low self confidence, and/or fear of abandonment? ⁣
First of all, you’re not alone. This is the most common cause of turmoil in relationships. But like all fear, you can get rid of jealousy once and for all. ⁣
I’ve created my very first podcast on the topic of jealousy since it’s something I get asked a lot about, being in an open, non-monogamous relationship. The reason why I chose the format of reframing affirmations is because your brain will eventually decide to do and believe what you repeat to it often enough. ⁣

In ridding yourself of jealousy, it’s important to recognize those preconceived ideas that cause those negative thoughts, memories, and imagined scenarios to arise. You can then start to re-associate those ideas with positive experiences that prove the old ideas wrong. When you find yourself in that emotional and often rage-like state, it’s essential to let those negative thoughts go and indulge in feeding the correct concepts to your brain. That is the perfect time to tune into a meditative trance with this audio and engage your imagination in positive reframing. You will find yourself feeling soothed, secure, relaxed, and more likely to respond to the situation with rational and positive reaction! ⁣
